Dad, I will miss you always but I am very lucky to have you as my dad. I’ll always be grateful for all the great memories and times we all had together. Hope you and Jimmy are having a few pints up there together now.

Dad it still doesn’t feel real that you’re not here with us…we’re going to miss you so much (even your moaning) I promise I’ll talk about you every day to Rory and remind him about all your days out and games you’d play. I hope you’re having a good rest followed by a pint…good night xx

My lovely husband. I’ll miss you so much but you have suffered enough so I’m glad you’re at peace now. You never complained and got on with all your treatment like it wasn’t a big deal even when it was,in the hope it would give you longer with us and through your strength it did give us more time. You cherished every moment spent with ‘The Lad’ Rory, your little best mate. He loved you as much as you loved him and we’ll make sure he never forgets you. All the times we spent together as a family were your favourite times and we have so many wonderful memories.
Goodnight my love, ‘Me Bird’ Susan xxx

John you are going to be missed by us all, you were the biggest character who said it how it was. My dancing partner, the one who told me I’d always had one too many and would be suffering the next day, you were right but I’d always have another. I’ll miss you so much, you never failed to make me laugh. If I was asked to describe you I’d say larger than life but more importantly a family man. Family always come first for you John, and they done you proud taking care of you as well as they did. We will take care of them on your behalf now John. Rest well you’ve earned it. Thinking of you always. Lots of love Laura, Scott and Luca. Ps save a dance for me when I get there xxxx
